Beyond frustrated!!!

I am just needing some sort or advice or stories or something! We have been trying to get pregnant and since having my IUD out 9 months ago, my periods have been very regular. I am now 19 days late, numerous negative urine tests and also a negative blood test as of today! I have never been so sad and frustrated! What is going on with my body?! 😞
