Back Pain remedies for a active/busy schedule?
So today my cycle finally started(late as always) and I’ve had the worst back pain that I can remember since about the beginning of last December. I am a freshman in high school and I am on the JV soccer team(5-6 practices a week and 1-2 games a week). I need a back pain remedy that won’t make me drowsy or impares my soccer playing. Any suggestions please?
