TMI TMI okay ladies, I need help so please answer...

I was having sex with my husband. We wear condoms and while I was blowing him off I started to notice on the tip some discharge (not precum) I blew it off and he asked if he could cum in my mouth ( with condom on) I said yes and he cummed. When I take a look at the condom it has phlegm type of discharge with semen. What can this mean ?
