Irregular periods
Been trying to conceive but I don't think I ovulate 😿 been off depo for over a year and my period never came back to normal idk what to do to jump start my period took prenatals and it helped for two months but my third month never got my period and this month still nothing. Help? Any ideas how to get my period back to regular so tracking my ovulation will be easier
