Insomnia and anxiety two days before period?
Does anyone get insomnia and anxiety before their period. The combination of both makes me SO tired! Either I cramp before my period or have this insomnia and anxiety issue. If I'm cramping, it doesn't do it. I've noticed this more recently! I'm 27 and my periods come like clock work!
