Spotting

Hey ladies, I know I have a yeast infection. Headed to the doctor today but can a yeast infection cause light spotting? Like I mean this is so little amount if I hadn't seen it early this morning I wouldn't notice or look for it. It's only on the tissue when I wipe and looks like what you'd have from a small scratch. I normally wouldn't freak out so much but there's a pulling/tugging in my stomach region that's noticeable that's worrying me too. I've had two miscarriages before but never made it as far as I am right now with those two(I'm almost 10 weeks)
