Question

Isn't it way too soon for this to be happening???!!! I'm only 36 weeks 🙀 please tell me this doesn't mean I'm going into labor soon. I looked it up on google and it said within 24 hours I'll be in labor. My baby isn't ready 😢😢😢

Update: I had sex two days ago and I called l&d; they just told me to watch for contractions and then they said my doctor would be on call this weekend. Does this mean they think I'll go into labor soon? Will they try to stop it since I'm not full term?
Update #2: I've been losing my mucus plug since 28 weeks but this is the first time had this much bloody show!!

Your mucus plug coming out slowly doesn't mean it'll happen soon. And I say slowly cause it doesn't look like a lot.  It could take some time, up to weeks actually. If you want to wait longer then just limit your activity but if it still happens then it's suppose to happen. Again, its not always a direct sign to starting labor

Could be some mucas and bleeding from intercourse. My mucas plug was really dark. I assumed it was because it was older blood that had been sitting there for awhile (like brown spotting at the end of a period). Not sure how color can vary. 
my doctor said less than 36 weeks they try to stop, 36+ weeks they tend to allow delivery. Providers can vary though.

Try to relax and stay calm. Make sure you're ready just in case though!

This could be the start of losing your mucus plug and could mean you are getting ready to go into labour.  At 36 weeks baby is ready to be born almost.  37 weeks is classed as full term xx
