Okay, so as many of you may know; my kids & I lost everything during Harvey. Our complete house was gutted, I was able to move into another house my landlord had (had/have to pay the monthly rent of course, my deposit was transferred over! ) anywho, long story short EVERYTHING (car, clothes, furniture, pictures etc.) was lost minus a few things I was able to get into the attic. So, FEMA came to do my inspection, everything went well! (At least I assumed!) they DENIED me! I will get no assistance with replacing anything, I worked hard for. No assistance on getting a new car - nothing. Today I did learn of a program at a Ford dealership that is helping Harvey victims, I just have to get a letter from FEMA stating my car was a total loss.

Really I have a question, for FEMA workers if there are any on this app. Why are you guys denying people that have lost everything?

How could you just blatantly deny people that lost everything?

& yes, I’m not the only person they’ve denied.
