What could this be?

I have had this little bump for awhile. No it's not a pimple. It's kind of hard and sometimes it hurts! But I'm just wondering if anyone might no what this could be?

I had something that looked similar on my lower belly. I'm not positive what it is, but I guess just a little cyst under the skin. Never bothered me until I got pregnant and then it got infected and i needed antibiotics to clear up the infection. The little cyst is still there, but I'm not trying to get my stomach cut into to remove it until baby is out of there haha.

Where exactly is it? Do you shave around that area?

You don't have to have shaved to get an ingrown hair! That's what it looks like to me
