Blood pressure 38 weeks

So went to my appointment yesterday && my blood pressure was up ..but not by a lot ... and while mentioning that he noticed that my feet were swelling . He wants me to come back in on Friday to recheck my blood pressure && to sweep my membranes . Would there be a reason to be concerned , today I’m not feeling the greatest I’ve had not a head ache but pressure in my head && I’m. Or dizzy but feel so “wore out” I could collapse ... I did looked my mucus plug last week and it was brown .... ANY ONE KNOW ANYTHING ?? this is my second pregnancy the first nothing like this came up ??
