Am I still pregnant 😩

Looking for some advice and support ladies...

I'm currently 12 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I'm super scared! My scan is on Friday and I'm freaking out because some of my symptoms are starting to go 😩 I know it's normal for sickness etc to abate but my boobs aren't sore (even though they're bigger) and I don't really feel anything any more?

Has anyone else experienced this? I've had shooting pains up near my cervix this week too. Please help, I'm terrified!
