Help I'm worried

My boobs have been kinda in pain forever it seems but just recently it's Been really bad all the way into my arm/arm pits?? There's no way I can be pregnant I've had sex 3 times around this time only once without a condom three days after ovulation and very short amount of time got period on time then twice after that had a broken condom but no cum and it broke in between my legs also I was 5 days away from my fertile window and the third was with a condom and withdrawal combined took 2 preg test both negative right away i know I'm not I'm just worried what is this boob pain everything on google says I'm dying help 😂!???
