Working Out
This is my first pregnancy & I am six weeks 4 days. I still am excessively doing cross fit (as my nurse told me if I have been doing it, continuing is okay) the past few days when I'm finished I am feeling paranoid that I should be taking it easy. But I don't know if I am just in my head. I'll probably ask some fellow coaches who have gone through pregnancies... but does anyone else workout pretty hard & feel this way? Thank you!
