starting pregnancy at 274 lbs

Hey everyone. I'm pregnant with my second baby, due April 28th. We are very excited but I am also nevous because I am so much heavier than I was with my son. My first pregnancy, I started out at 230 lbs and ended at 269 lbs. I hoped to never surpass that number. I had my first appointment a few days ago, and nothing was even mentioned about my high weight. they just want me to do a glucose test now since my BMI is so high. Had anyone else had this? Any heavier ladies that went through with a totally healthy pregnancy, no gestational diabeties? any comments welcome. thanks.
