Breastfeeding weaning

Anyone else trying to wean? I am down to just a morning feed and a bedtime feed. My goal is to have finished completely by Christmas so no big rush and i dont just want to go cold turkey but just wondered if anyone else was trying to wean and where youre at? I dont know what to do next. I feel the morning feed would be the easier one to go as he very rarely asks for that (but selfishly it buys me an extra hour in bed too lol). Would love to hear successes/tips. Xx
