I weighed around 170 on a 5’ 7” frame last August and had just moved to a new city where I didn’t have any friends or family so I decided to hire a personal trainer, I had him for around three months and lost 12 pounds. That was awesome because I was never able to lose any weight working out on my own. I got down to 158 and then ended up getting pregnant. I didn’t continue working out regularly after my first trimester because I was exhausted 100% of the time. Anyways, when I went into labor I was at 188 and today at my 6 week checkup I weighed 158 again! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I thought for sure, I was gonna keep the baby weight for a while considering I still have my stomach pooch, but I’m ready to get my body into the best shape it’s ever been in.
