Help!!

I drink Tri-Sprintec Birth Control and I've been good I recently changed the time I took it but even before this I've been scared! My face has been red for two days but I think it's irriatated from acne medication which all happens because I've been getting cyst on my face or boils gross! And my hair is falling out and I can't even eat I know these are all side affects but idk what to do! I've been drinking it for almost a year and this wasn't this much of a problem! Idk can I be pregnant I took a test last Wednesday negative and I had unprotected sex Fri and Saturday idk I haven't missed a pill or nothing I might be freaking out
