Some help from fellow Competitive Pokemon Players?

So my dream is to make it to VGC and become a true master. but I can't make it to that without a team. Lately I've been trying to build a perfect Goodstuffs team to take to VGC someday, but I need a little help. I decided to pair a Togekiss I'm using up with a Ground type on my team, because if Poison or Electric or Steel or Rock types try to come in and threaten my togekiss while he gets boosts from Nasty Plot, I can just use Earthquake and since Togekiss is part Flying, I can Earthquake with no worries. But I need some help on choosing a suitable Ground type. I want a more Speedy ground type to use in case there's something like a Toxicroak on the field, or maybe a Jolteon. I'm okay with Scarfing my ground type, I just need to know if anyone has a speedy ground type suggestion I can use? Thanks!
