Exercise/Crossfit after a C-Section & Episiotomy
I'm 6w pp and I still feel slight twinges of pain down there every now and then and my c-section area is still sensitive. I'm not in a rush to get back to working out AT ALL, but I'm curious. To all the fitness mommies out there, how long did you return to working out after getting an episiotomy or c-section or (in my case) both?
