LIPGLOSS and BB or CC

hey everyone. I'm struggling to find a non-sticky beautiful colour lip gloss which is very cheap since I'm new to makeup and don't wanna waste money if I'm not going to use it

1) Does anyone have any suggestions?

2) Do the body shop lip balms take care of your lips and add colour? (if you use a red/pink)

I currently only use petroleum jelly on my lips because lip ice and stuff makes them dry and crack

On a second note I'm also looking for an affordable bb or cc cream

I'd like to cover acne scars and not wear any other make up just the cream

1) is the body shop tea tree bb cream a good buy?

2) what should I use? Bb or cc

3) please suggest any good and affordable options
