BOY PROBLEMS

so I don't know this guy but I see him around school I managed to find out his instagram and name and as we walk in the hallways we always somehow make contact like one time I was walking and look at my phone and I look up and he was staring right at me his instagram was private but I requested to follow him and he accepted but never followed me back he had a whole four days to do that and I liked his picture but he still didn't follow me back so the next day I was walking and saw him he looked like he was going to come up to me but I felt like a fool and quickly walked to class and now it's a new school year and my friend said he was making out with a girl and then that girl commented like 10 comments on his photo and one of them said "MINE😍😍🤤" and he deleted it but left the rest I know that I'm pretty so why doesn't he come talk to me and I still see him staring at me but he won't talk to
