Since about 5pm my hips have been feeling like I've been working out all dang day 😭😭 pretty sure this is only the beginning

Yes!! 30 weeks is when it all started for me, hurt to walk, sit, stand. Felt like was pushing at the door until I was induced at 41. Warm baths helped a little. Good luck!
