My milk supply is low 😔 any advice
I breast feed my son but I also starting pumping in between feeds to hopefully increase my supply at first it was about 4 ounces pumping out but now I'm lucky if I get 1oz it's so depressing ... when I latch him on he seems satisfied and goes right to sleep after about 10 min on each boob but when I pump like I said only 1 oz comes out that can't be enough for him
