Early pregnancy signs!!

So my normal af symptoms are: bloating, acne, headache, cramps constipation. But I am having, extreme gas, diarrhea (tmi sorry), backache/neck ache, and this really weird dull pelvis ache. I'm 10dpo and my af is due on the 27th. I just feel weird i don't even know how to explain it. Anyone else have these and get a BFP? We had a miscarriage in March and I'm really hoping this is our month for baby Hanscom #2 my 3 year old asked for a sister for his birthday! 💝
