More Preggo or Naw?

Ok so I have put on weight gradually since I graduated college and kept gaining. Over the past few years I'll lose, gain, lose, gain. A few people have made comments about me appearing as if om carrying twins b/c "I look too big to be 8wks." What they don't realize is I wear Spanx shorts so now that I'm pregnant I can't. So now I appear bigger. Do some people "look" more preggo than they are or could I be carrying twins 😳 (I really just want one baby)
