Confused! HELP!

I am so confused! So I started spotting on Thursday night and spotted off and on and then last night around 8 or so it seemed to pick up like AF. I took a test at 5ish yesterday and got a BFN. Now this morning, I am not spotting or anything. I am very confused! I thought for sure AF was coming because I felt crampy and bloated. I get sick to my stomach after eating and have mild cramps, some up in my middle abdomen not in my lower uterus. Any ideas? Is it just a weird AF or should I test again tomorrow morning? (Also my bbt dropped so that made me think it's AF).
