MonaLisa 10(copper IUD)

So I have been having a rough week and a half. First started with a bladder infection and antibiotic and not enough water 😰😪 now a hemorrhoid 😵😭. Bad cramping on and off for over a week slight spotting on two of those days with sever cramps that lasted maybe an hour. And now three days late.... this is only my 3rd month on this birth control but with a non hormonal I didn't think it would make me late or effect my period like that, or would it still just fall under getting use to new birth control? pregnancy test came back negative but also didn't take I. The morning like I should have.
