I'm so confused

okay so this guy I'm kinda interested in told me that he really has feelings for me.

fast forward a little and we were chatting when I asked him to tell me something barely anyone knows about him.

he proceeded to tell me that he can't get a bone. aka has erectile dysfunction. he said it all lighthearted and conversationally.

so I had no idea how to respond and or know if he's being serious.

what do you guys think?

is it a joke?

does the handsome doctor actually have a problem??
