sinus infection while pregnant

should I go to my regular Dr or my obgyn? I'm completely miserable & I can't eat & I can't sleep it off even with medicine. also, I took a shower & almost passed out. idk if it's bc of the infection or bc I'm weak from not being able to eat. I feel like death
