Blood work in early pregnancy
My friend just found out she is pregnant but she had the IUD. Blood work came back positive, ultrasound couldn't find the IUD. She is about 4 weeks pregnant. Now the doctor is making her get blood work every few days to check her levels. I've had 2 kids and so has she. We didn't have to do this any other time.. what could be the reasoning?
