infertility

so i just found out that our insurance does not cover any kind of fertility treatments. feel like we just hit a dead end and there is no help. on the verge of giving up hope. we BD every single day. the only time we dont is when its that time for me. does anyone have any advice on what to do?? medicine to take? its just hard when you are struggling to concieve but dont know where the problem lies. is it me? is it him? im just so lost. any advice is appreciated.
