Sick after everything I eat
So I’m currently 6 weeks and I am really struggling with keeping food down. I woke up around 8am today sick to a very queasy stomach. I always keep saltine crackers in my nightstand because I had morning sickness during week 3&4. I ate a few, waited 10 minutes, then went to have a bowl of cereal. I ended up being sick right after eating cereal.
I have felt queasy and on the verge of vomiting all day. I had a bowl of soup for lunch and it’s gotten worst. Does anyone have any tips on how to successfully keep food down and lower the nausea?
