Help! labour pain relief for at home.
I think I'm finally in labour! Had mild contractions all day Saturday and Sunday then they got a bit worse yesterday and have been up for the past 3 hours with very painful contractions. Going to sit in a warm bath soon but does anyone have any other forms of pain relief for at home?
