Can someone give me advice when it comes to unexplained infertility?

I truly don't understand how nothing can be wrong. Hsg, bloodwork, uterus, ovaries, normal ovulation, semen analysis. All normal. I don't get it

Timing literally has to be perfect for conception to happen!  When I really started to research it was amazing to me how peoplenfpt pregnany by accident!   There could be egg quality issues (which cant be tested). I think that was my issue. I started tanking coq10 and doing acupuncture 3 months before we finally got our pregnancy after 2.5 years ttc. What methods have you been trying! Time intercourse? IUI? IVF? 
Like she said sometimes timing is the main factor.
