Help please!

So I'm 14w4d. And I've noticed for the past few weeks I've had really bad diarrhea pains and end up having diarrhea. This is my first baby and I'm so worried about my baby :( is this normal? Or what's going on. I'm planning to call the doctor but I'm curious if this was normal for anyone else. Other than the diarrhea I feel completely fine. Besides being hungry. And my boobs are still sensitive. But I'm so nervous.
