Need Help!!!

so me and my boyfriend share a birthday and we have been together 6 months now. I know what he likes but our birthday is in a month and a few days. I am going to ask him what he wants but I feel like he is going to say nothing or he is going to say something like I want you baby. I want to make that day special for him and make our birthday about him and not me! does anyone have any good birthday gifts or ideas on what I could get him or do for him. *PS we will be turning 18(; *
