My husband and I are 99% sure our 6-month old son is allergic to our 9-year old bulldog, among other things. Our furbaby was our only child for so long getting rid of him is not an option. His allergic reactions are not severe, some nasal congestion, coughing when he first wakes up (from the congestion that sat all night), and the occasional sneezing. We also live in a brand new house with a cornfield in our backyard so we're pretty sure dust and mold spores could also be contributing factors. Any parents out there with advice for addressing allergies at such a young age? BTW, we have an appointment with a top-rated pediatric allergist but couldn't get in until December. Looking to make our little one more comfortable until then.
