Anyone know what these are?

For a few weeks now I’ve noticed every so often when I’m laying in bed I’ll get in itch. When I go to scratch there’s always these little bumps. I don’t think it’s bed bugs but I have no clue what it could be. I’ve only had my mattress for a year now so it’s not old or anything. They seem almost like little mosquito bites. They do eventually go away. Also, it’s only a few at a time. Like right now, there’s only 4 bumps scattered on my body. Any ideas??
