Moving Out

I just found a cute small house that's at a great price! I've been thinking about moving out lately. Home hasn't felt like home. I'm almost 19 and going to college. My only problem is that I want to propose the idea to my boyfriend. I wanted to ask him if he'd move in with me. We've only been together since April and he's my first boyfriend. But we both talk about how we don't want to be at our homes and we understand how the real world works. We both have jobs. I'm just afraid that this is too much to bring up to him. I don't want to strain our relationship. What do you ladies think?
