Pogestrone Level Help

so i got my levels drawn but I don't have a normal 28 day cycle and this month my period came 2 weeks early before I normally ovulate so I'm a little confused buy anyway I got it done on CD 21 and just got it back my level was a 68. does anyone know what that means?
