I know you're supposed to drink a gallon. but its been hard for me. seeing how many others are having this issue. :)

Very little right now. I'm in first trimester and it's nasty, as usual for me (though a little less this go around). Once I kick most of this sickness, then I definitely plan to be back to about a gallon or so a day. In winter it's a little harder for me, but herbal tea counts, so does juice (if you drink it), fruits or fruit flavored water can help, too!

It was hard for me at first, but I got a pregnancy bottle that helped me see where I needed to be in terms of water each hour. The bottle was $20, but totally saved me during pregnancy! I even still use it breast feeding
