Auto rock n play or bassinet?

My husband and I are pinched on space at the moment and our newest little one will be sharing our room. What is better for space and sleep? A bassinet or the fisher price rock n play? We aren't having a baby shower until after she's born.

A pack n play is the most comparable to a bassinet because they tend to come with a bassinet feature. 
Please don't buy a rock n play for your baby to sleep in. They are not safe for overnight sleeping.
So, I guess out of the two I would definitely say a bassinet. Have you looked on Facebook Marketplace?? Plenty of second-hand baby items since babies grow out of things so quickly

Agree with the above. Baby needs to sleep on a flat surface. Some pack and plays have a built in bassinet you can take in and out.
