Nt scan

Need some advice and if anyone has ever experienced this before. I had my first ob appointment today and got an ultrasound done and heart rate was 170-164 and everything was fine. I'm 10 weeks 6 days but baby was measuring 11 weeks 2 days and they said the baby had a little more fluid on the back of the neck 2.9 I am 21 and had 2 healthy pregnancies before and I am completely scared and nervous. I got blood work done and results come back within 10days for the Down and other tests and I've cried and I'm just broke and hope everything is fine.
