Could I be pregnant?

After a night at the bars, me and my college FWB had two rounds of sex and he didn't pee inbetween rounds. I didn't think much of it until I looked at my calendar (I'm extremely regular and always have been) and I was right dead center in my fertile window.

Now, 2 days after my fertile window has ended, I have discharge that looks like lotion. Isn't very thick or thin, and doesn't really smell much.

Usually when I have white discharge, it's thicker, it's never been this type of consistency.

I also had a dream about an ultrasound last night and thus the reason I checked my discharge.

I don't really know the difference between CM or discharge either.
