Married?

So my wonderful SO is in the navy, we have been wanting to get married for a while now but felt we should wait, well we found I was pregnant a few months ago and have soul searched and have come to the agreement we want to get married. My family loves him but wants me to stay here with them until the baby is born. (He's in Virginia and I'm in Florida) which is extremely frustrating because I want to have my family together but I want my families approval. They have even stated they want me to stay for selfish reasons. Should I wait until after the baby? (I personally would prefer to do it before so it's not a family ordeal with the baby and all) 🙄.
