Help! What should I do?

I'm a freshman in college and my father who I don't get along with very well pays the tuition. He isn't very trustworthy with money and doesn't take of my mom and her needs (she's a STH mom or at least was). Last time he deposited the money late and now it's the 27th and nothing. I have a work study job and receive my first paycheck Friday but it isn't enough for tuition. I've thought about getting a part time job in the city or from campus, but I have very little time and don't want to mess up my financial aid which I need. I want to feel safe about the money, not feel like I'm depriving my mom, and have a good financial standing so I have a chance for scholarships, internships, and fellowships through the school. Should I talk to Financial Aid or Career Services or something? It's been one month and I don't think I'll be able to stand this.
