Never it's not good for them. I started with vegetables, fruit, meat and egg yolks after 6 months

I started my LO on Gerber Organic Oatmeal at 19wks, instead of cereal because it doesn't cause constipation. She also started Organic My First Veggies stage 1 from Earths Best. Made her poop💩 thicker and stinkier 🤢😷but she's a happier baby and she loves it. She sleeps better too.  Oatmeal in the morning and baby food twice a day☺️ Pediatrician recommended

6 months and i never gave it in milk. I mixed it with breastmilk and spoon fed it

4-6 months when doc gives the ok. It's all depending on neck control. They don't recommend u give in a bottle but you spoon feed. It's to help practice to having solids later. Speak to your pediatrician:)
