Spotting @ 6w..possibly tmi..?

So. Not directly after but about 2 hours after we had sex, I peed and checked the toilet paper (with one miscarriage 3 years ago, this is my rainbow & im super cautious) I noticed some light spotting. No cramps. But instantly my stomach started flipping and my heart sank. (Here's a bit of tmi) I was on top and felt some slight pain, adjusted and no big deal. But now this. It's not red or dark. But was wondering if it's normal or if I should be worried? Maybe call my doctor tomorrow? My appointment is Monday but maybe rather safe than sorry?
