Why is it so embarrassing?

So I'm almost 27 years old married and already have one child. My husband and I are ttc, and everytime I go to buy a pregnancy test it's super embassaring still. It's like wtf I'm a grown ass woman why am I embarrassed? Does anyone else feel that way?

I hate that! The check out ladies would say "you're pregnant - I can already tell you're bloated"....Ummm thanks? I started buy them in bulk on amazon for $20 for 50 OPK's & 20 HCG tests

the only time I felt a little embarrassed is when I bought 12 at one time from the dollar store and the teenaged boy was cashing me out.

lol I feel like this too. Last time I bought one I had my daughter with me and she was tired and grumpy. The cashier looked up at me and said with a condiscending tone "you really want another one of these" while looking at my daughter. I could have punched her!

Yes! The worst was when I thought I had gotten my BFP in the morning so I wanted to buy different tests as soon as I got off work...I work at a school and of course when I stopped by Walmart there were like 5 students who saw and recognized me 😫 they might not know what was in my cart but I felt so embarrassed if their parents saw!!

I feel the same I always buy something else to hide it and go self service to buy it or I get my partner to get it for me lol.
