Is it normal to get crushes..?

So I've been in a relationship for 5 years and it's great. I live in Australia and we have AFL here (Australian Football League) ANYWAY my team, the Richmond Tigers, made the grand final that will be played this Saturday. I went to their last final and met some of the players and there was this one player... who was just absolutely incredible to me. So absolutely lovely.

This might sound like a stupid question.. but is it normal to develop crushes on people like this? I still love my bf of course but I have a mad crush on this guy even though he'll never know me. Is this okay?
